This is a 20,000 square foot tenant improvement project that I was the head architectural/Interior Designer on. At Boulder Associates, I worked with an amazing team and project manager Angela Williams who was always so supportive. This project went to the city of Orange, Ca for permitting on December 6th and is due to start construction around Mid 2023. Pictures will be posted when construction is complete.
